Returns can be made up to eight days after delivery to you. We do not operate a courier returns service so you are advised to use the Royal Mail. When returning goods through the Post Office we recommend that you obtain proof of posting and take out the applicable parcel insurance to cover against consequential loss by the Post Office.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods lost in transit. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to exchange items of underwear. Full details of our returns procedure can be found on the reverse side of the despatch note.

If you change your mind once you have placed an order, you have the right to cancel the contract under the following conditions:

1. If your whole order remains un-dispatched we will be happy to cancel it for you.
2. If your order has been despatched, then you have the right to cancel the contract, in writing, within 7 days after you receive the order.

Once we are in receipt of the returned goods we will start the refund process.
