Returns can be made up to eight days after delivery to you. We do not operate a courier returns service so you are advised to use the Royal Mail. When returning goods through the Post Office we recommend that you obtain proof of posting and take out the applicable parcel insurance to cover against consequential loss by the Post Office.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods lost in transit. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to exchange items of underwear.

We do not refund carriage charges. If a returned carriage paid order or part thereof that reduces the purchased value to below £100 we reserve the right to charge the standard carriage charge of £4.99. In the case of returns of any special offers we may run, if a part of that special offer order is returned that reduces the overall value to below the original offer terms then we reserve the right to adjust any refund accordingly.

If you change your mind once you have placed an order, you have the right to cancel the contract under the following conditions:

1. If your whole order remains un-dispatched we will be happy to cancel it for you.
2. If your order has been despatched, then you have the right to cancel the contract, in writing, within 7 days after you receive the order.

Once we are in receipt of the returned goods we will start the refund process.
